Welcome to St. Wilfrid's, Cantley, Doncaster.

We have finally managed to replace the old doors into the South Porch with a pair of custom made, solid Oak doors. Unfortunately the best time to see them is when the church is closed, so next time you visit St Wilfrid's pause in the porch to admire this latest addition to our church. They were made by Paul McCarthy of Sheffield and a full size picture can be seen by clicking on the picture above.

St. Wilfrid’s Church, established in the Catholic tradition within the Church of England, is the Parish Church for Cantley, Bessacarr and Branton, serving some 5,600 homes in those communities and situated some 4 miles SE of Doncaster town centre. There has been a church on the site since the 11th Century.
