Activities and Events for the week beginning 5th February 2012.

The PCC will meet in church on Monday after Mass at 7.15 pm.

Tuesday Church for Children takes place this week from 6.00 pm. to 7.00 pm. All children of primary school age are welcome.

There will be a Coffee Morning in church on Wednesday after the 9.30 am  Mass. We are all invited.

Simon Miller & Katie Smith are to be married on Saturday at 12.00 Noon

Next Sunday Mass will be celebrated at the usual times: 8.00 am, 10.00 am and 6.30 pm.

Today is the last day for returning your completed Quiz entry to Muriel.

The next Meeting of the Devotional Societies will be held on Monday 13th February, beginning with Mass at 7.15 pm.

Bishop Martyn will be coming to St Wilfrid’s on Sunday 19th February to confirm candidates during the Parish Mass.

On Tuesday 21st February, Shrove Tuesday, there will be a Pie and Pea Supper in church. Tickets will be available soon.

Ash Wednesday falls on 22nd February.   Mass will be celebrated in church at 9.30 am and 7.30 pm, and at St Wilfrid’s School at 2.45 pm.

This year’s Parish Pilgrimage to Walsingham has been booked for Monday to Friday 13th to 17th August.  We hope for a good number  of pilgrims. Details of cost will be available soon. Please book the date now.
